Sleepy and Tired
You know, I always have a lot of things to blog about.. sometimes I will think of some philosophical stuff which I think is quite meaningful (tho prolly mabel will b one of those rare ones who will understand. Ruishan definitely wont understand one. Haha I rem she asked mabel this qn "So, what do you think of life?" MAbel gave her a philosophical ans and well apparently, rs has nv seen life frm tt point of view.)
Anw, right now, I'm just so tired and sleepy. For one whole week I have not been sleeping well, not enough sleep. Lotsa work to do, and it has got to do with FIGURES NUMBERS DATA. Man, I hate doing numbers. ANd i really suck at it. Always have to double check wad I did.. otherwise some extra zeros will pop up somewhere.
I just went to Malacca to attend my cousin's wedding. He's been with his wife for ten years. Ten long years! It's pretty amazing.. ANd I went to see their new semi-d... so nice and cosy to have a place of their own. Haha weddings always make me feel like getting married. Guys, never bring your gf to wedding dinners if you dun plan to marry them soon, cos weddings are very inspirational to women and we will start dreaming and fantasising about married life.
Malaysia weddings are very different from Spore's. Firstly, weddings is all about KAROKE. They hired 3 singers to sing on stage while we all eat.. And they sing weird songs like "sometimes love just ain't enough".. -_-After a while, the uncles and aunties will go on stage and sing also. it's so weird i tell you. It seems more like a senior citizens karoke session than a wedding. the married couple only goes up to stage once to 'yam seng'. That's all. Not attention on them at all. The bride changed gown also no one notice one.
Secondly, the dinner starts pretty on time (abt 8pm), and most ppl will reach on time. Unlike singaporeans.. who think its very fashionable to be late.
Thirdly, the whole wedding ended at 10pm! we started eating at 8, and everything just ends so quickly!
Generally, I think weddngs in msia are so boring and old fashioned. i will never want to hav a wedding like this man...
Anw, Msia's service standards is so LOW. I waved umpteen times to the waitress she pretended not to look at me. And then they just keep refilling my glass - with RED WINE. It's as if the wine is as cheap as plain water. And they jus keep refilling... I mean, I think they should ask before refilling. But no, they just keep coming and coming. When the wedding ended, almost every single table has half full glasses of wine. Wad a waste.
This is not the first time I have experienced bad service standards in msia. (Genting lagi worse.)In fact, not even once have I experienced gd standards. If you think Singapore's standard is low, then take a look at msia. You'll be glad you actually live here.
Ok, time to slp!
